The Quetta Gladiators have strengthened their pace attack ahead of **Pakistan Super League Season 11 by signing Australian left-arm fast bowler Spencer Johnson.
Johnson is widely regarded as one of the quickest left-arm pacers in modern T20 cricket. Since making his international debut in 2023, he has built a strong reputation as a T20 specialist, known for his pace, bounce, and ability to deliver breakthroughs at key moments.

Breakthrough Performances
Johnson’s rise in international cricket gained momentum during Australia’s T20 series against Pakistan in November 2024, where he picked up eight wickets in three matches, highlighting his growing influence in the format.
He has also featured in several global franchise leagues, earning recognition for his aggressive bowling style and effectiveness in powerplay and death overs.
Injury Setback and Comeback
The fast bowler later suffered a back stress fracture, which ruled him out of the entire 2025–26 Big Bash League season with Brisbane Heat and also forced him out of Australia’s T20 World Cup 2026 squad.
The injury came after a memorable 2024 Big Bash campaign, where he played a key role in Brisbane Heat’s title-winning run and earned Player of the Final honors.
Now returning to competitive cricket, Johnson is aiming to make a strong impact with Quetta Gladiators in PSL 11.

Johnson joins an evolving Quetta squad that includes:
